As the Official Travel Partner of UNCCD COP-17, we manage pre-negotiated room blocks at selected Ulaanbaatar hotels. Simply click "Book this hotel" on your preferred property, fill in your details, and our team will respond within 24 hours with a formal booking confirmation. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
UNCCD COP-17 takes place in Ulaanbaatar in 2026. We recommend arriving 1–2 days before the Congress opens and departing the day after it closes. If you need to extend your stay before or after the Congress, contact us and we will do our best to arrange this at the same contracted rate, subject to availability.
Cancellation terms depend on the size of your booking. For 1–5 rooms, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. For 6–15 rooms, up to 30 days. For 16 or more rooms, up to 40 days. Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to the first night per room. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Airport transfers are not included in the hotel rate but can be arranged separately. We offer sedan transfers for 1–2 passengers, minivans for up to 10 passengers, and minibuses for groups of up to 25. Transfers are priced per vehicle per trip. Please mention your transfer needs when submitting your inquiry.
Our COP-17 contracted rates include breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, and health club access. VAT (10%) and city tax (2%) are also included in all quoted prices. Meeting rooms, catering, and airport transfers are available as add-ons. All rates are quoted in USD.
