Barsbold has over 10 years experience in the travel industry in Mongolia. He was born and raised in Hovd Province, Western Mongolia, which shares a border with China along the Altai Mountains. After high school Barsbold moved to the capital of Mongolia for tourism management studies at National University of Mongolia (NUM), where he began his travel industry career as became head of tourism students' club "Welcome".He is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Discover Mongolia Travel. He is confident that you'll find Mongolia a great tourist destination with a wide spectrum of places to visit: a variety of natural features including the great taiga of Siberian and Central Asian deserts; snow-topped high mountains; forest' boundless vast steppe; genuine Gobi desert and sand dunes.He welcomes anyone who wants to experience one of the oldest and richest cultures in the world.
Tegshgerel.O (called Tegi) was born in Ulaanbaatar city and graduated University of Humanities, Mongolia in 2007 with bachelor degree and University of Gloucestershire, UK in 2012 and obtained Master degree in Business Administration.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in various sectors and worked for state, private and international organizations; domestic and international projects; education, mining and tourism sectors.
She is in charge of operation and sales of the Discover Mongolia and always endeavors to help everyone, who is anticipating a great trip in the world’s last nomad home.
Gantulga (called Tulga) graduated from University of New Civilization as a tour manager in 2006 and began his career at Discover Mongolia Travel in June of the same year. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company including deals with hotels, tourist camps, airlines, and other services and administrative duties. He also involves customer services, employees (hiring and training staff), public relations with the media, local travel organizations and other businesses, and many additional duties Tulga and his team work hard to ensure that your memories of Mongolia will be ones you will treasure for a lifetime.
Oyungerel (called Oyunaa) is graduated the foreign language university "Orkhon" as an interpreter and a teacher of English in 1998. She was born in the Western Mongolia and likes to travel through Mongolia. She lives in Ulaanbaatar and comes to her native land every year. Since 1998, she has worked continuously in the field of the travel industries: restaurant, hotel and travel agency and has started to work at Discover Mongolia Travel from May, 2007. She is one of our experienced staff and always willing to help by availability situations and promises to provide best services to our customers. Tuvshinbat (called Tuvshee) completed two bachelor degrees in Business, locally and internationally. In his background, he has worked for Mongolian state agency for 4 years in charge of international relations and cooperation. Baasansuren Baldan (called Baaska) joined our team in 2010 and he has excellent computer and software skills and is a person responsible for maintaining and developing company's websites. His duties include ensuring that the web servers, hardware and software are operating correctly, designing the website, generating and revising web pages, replying to user comments, and updating tours and contents to the websites. Sarantuya Baatarsuren (called Saraa) graduated from Orkhon University as a Japanese translator in 2008 and accountant from the Institute of Management and began her career at Discover Mongolia Travel in March of 2011. She analyzes financial infor mation and prepares financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within Discover Mongolia Travel. She is also in charge of all accounting payable & receiving and manages bookings and ordering materials needed. Today she is the first point of contact for Japanese visitors regarding company's travel products and services.
Dalaikhishig Tsogtsaikhan (called Dalai ) graduated from the Mongolian State University of Agriculture (MSUA) as an Eco-Tourism Management in 2014.
Dalaikhishig is always seeking an opportunity to enhance his knowledge and skill.
In 2013, he studied as a practitioner in “Hospitality management summer training” course at La Quinta Inns and Suites in Tennessee, USA while he had been studying in the MSUA.
