Terelj National Park is most popular destination in the third biggest protected area in Mongolia. Live Museum 13th century is located in the distance of 130 km east of Ulaanbaatar in area of Erdene sum of Tov Province. A 40 meter statue of Chinggis Khaan mounted on horseback and holding horsewhip will be discovered on the way to alive museum of 13 the century. The museum evoke the spirit and time of Genghis Khan and offer visitors authentic experience and feeling of this ancient world.

Meet in Ulaanbaatar and Terelj National park

After meeting in Ulaanbaatar, drive to Terelj National park (70km). Drive to Giant Chinggis Khaan statue. The statues in total is 40m high and see as far sighted Chinggis Khaan holds a golden whip in his right hand. You'll explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to turtles. We will then visit a local nomad family. There we have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Free horseback trial. Overnight tourist camp. (L + D)

Visit the 13th Century Live Museum - Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast, we will have a day tour to Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex and 13th century National park. Here we will visit the camp of Craftsmen, Shamans and Educational. Visit herder's family and Riding horses, camels and yaks, playing ankle bone shooting and other Mongolian traditional games and much more fun activities. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar and end the trip.
