"Hello Oyuna,
The Discover Mongolia trip by Black Ibex Expedition between August 23 and September 3, 2012 was excellent and the service provided was way above my expectation. The tour guide Mir and the driver Dovchin were professional, competent and very friendly. Mir was always having fun herself too and she played two roles at the same time; your dream tour guide and your best travel mate. Dovchin, though speaking little English, proved himself to be one of the best drivers on off road conditions. He handled the mountain and desert paths with unbelievable skill and made the 2,500 Km. + journey exciting but safe; bumpy but enjoyable. The 4x4 was in top condition and Dovchin always kept it clean. The tour itinerary on the confirmation sheet had been well planned and was fully accomplished. The two city guides and the driver also proved themselves to be competent, although they had only one or two days to impress us. I think Mongolia has been underrated a bit, as this is one of the most beautiful countries on this planet in my 18 years of full time travelling, especially for nature lovers and photographers. I have no hesitation to recommend Black Ibex to anyone who is interested in Mongolia and the Mongolian cultures. I will be pleased to share such unforgettable experience with you to ensure you will have a good time in Mongolia too.

"Dear Mr. Tuvshinbat,
My daughter and I have safely returned home after an excellent time spent in Mongolia. Black Ibex Expeditions We have been impressed with the professionalism of your organization. Your website is excellent; the people we have dealt with have been of great help, on time and friendly. We will recommend your organization to anyone interested in visiting Mongolia. We were impressed with the professionalism and maturity of our 19 year old guide Lagshimi. She did an excellent job. We also very much enjoyed Terelj National Park tour with Bayarjargal as a guide. She is an extremely competent and joyful person whom we appreciated very much. Both the Chinggis Khan Statue and the Live Museum are very interesting sites that we would not have wanted to miss. It was a very enjoyable and interesting day. "
