Barsbold Baatarsuren, Director
Barsbold has over 10 years experience in the travel industry in Mongolia. He was born and raised in Hovd Province, Western Mongolia, which shares a border with China along the Altai Mountains. After high school Barsbold moved to the capital of Mongolia for tourism management studies at National University of Mongolia (NUM), where he began his travel industry career as became head of tourism students’ club “Welcome”.
He is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Black Ibex Expeditions.
He is confident that you’ll find Mongolia a great tourist destination with a wide spectrum of places to visit: a variety of natural features including the great taiga of Siberian and Central Asian deserts; snow-topped high mountains; forest’ boundless vast steppe; genuine Gobi desert and sand dunes.

Khongorzul Choidorj graduated from Mongolian National University of Agriculture as a tour manager in 2002 and began her career at Black Ibex Expeditions in September of the same year.
Today she is the first point of contact for visitors and foreign partners regarding company’s tour packages and vacation specials.

Purevsuren graduated from Seruuleg University as an accountant in 2000 and began her career at Black Ibex Expeditions in March of 2007.
He analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within Black Ibex Expeditions.
He is also in charge of all accounting payable & receiving and manages bookings and ordering materials needed.
Oyungerel Mandshir is graduated the foreign language university “Orkhon” as an interpreter and a teacher of English in 1998. She was born in the Western Mongolia and likes to travel through Mongolia. She lives now in UB and comes to her native land every year.
Since 1998, she has worked continuously in the field of the travel industries: restaurant, hotel and travel agency and has started to work at Black Ibex from May, 2007.
She is an experienced one of our workers and always willing to help by availability situations and promises to provide best services to our customers. She is responsibility for the daily operation of the company including deals with hotel, airline, train, car rental services and some of tours.
TUVSHINBAT completed two bachelor degrees in Business, locally and internationally. In his background, he has worked for Mongolian state agency for 4 years in charge of international relations and cooperation.
He began his career at Black Ibex Expeditions in 2010 and now handles the company's tour bookings and sales.

Gantulga Tseden-Ish is graduated the Institute of New Civilization in 2006, who has an experience to work for restaurant and camp in 2003-2005, when he was student. Since 2006, he has been working as a tour manager for Black Ibex Expeditions.
He is responsible for the daily operations of the company including deals with hotels, tourist camps, airlines, and other services and administrative duties. He is always ready and willing to help you in any way possible. He is a responsibility, very hard working manager and his duty is increased in the high season.
The Guides: Our qualified and experienced guides have been happily and successfully working for many years in the tourism field. The guides are all professional people who speak English, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Chinese and who have a broad outlook on the history and culture of their motherland. When necessary French, German, and Spanish speaking guides can be available.
You will be carefully guided through your tour program and given help and advice on any areas that you may want to concentrate on.
